In the world of architectural design eco-friendly concept known as ecodesign. Anything that must be met in the design of environmentally friendly homes? Here's an explanation and example.
The house that is environmentally friendly house that integrates the entire process in unity by considering the consequences for the environment. That is, since the beginning of the process design, development and utilization of building various aspects to be considered.
The main aspects to consider are:
1. Consumption of resources-saving and efficient (energy, materials, water and land)
2. Both emissions to air, water and land associated with the environment and health
3. Others (such as noise and vibration).
If you want to apply ecodesign for your dream house, concrete can be a great deal. For example, a house rich in sunlight, so that electricity can be saved. A lot of windows and air flow smoothly so you do not need air conditioning. Enough land for wells. Green space, aka garden which supplies clean air requirements. Installation of sewerage and waste that can be recycled. Utilization of building materials that are not wasteful. And others. And so on.
Whew, there are many aspects that must be diperhatiakan in design. Certainly not all designs can always accommodate all aspects. But at a minimum. Once again minimal: You should not spend the entire land for the house, or covered with cement. You need to take into account that every room to get some sunshine and enough air. Use and place light point on the optimal place.
In the example below we try to apply ecodesign concept in a three-story building. Notice that on each floor, we provide open space that can be used for gardens or ornamental plants, abundant airflow, but still sheltered from the sun
XGambar perspective looks houses and pieces from various angles showing the placement of green space on all floors.
Architectural Detail drawings that show the garden in front and behind the house. Parks became an inseparable unity of the entire building,
Image detail on the second floor balcony, with a roof garden, as well as secondary skin (click here, for further explanation) that anticipate the direct sunlight so as not to get into the house. But still there is free flow of air into the house.
Well, if by chance you are designing now dream house, ask your architect, in which part of the architect to apply ecodesign?
